Mark MacNevin serves as Director of Hockey Operations for Rink Rebels, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience and a proven track record of developing confident, competitive athletes across multiple levels of the game.
Deeply rooted in the Fredericton hockey community, Mark has played a significant role in shaping and supporting the growth of female hockey in the region. His leadership is built on clarity, accountability, and a belief that strong systems create environments where players and coaches can thrive.
As Director of Hockey Operations, Mark is responsible for establishing and upholding the operational standards of Rink Rebels. His oversight includes:
• Coaching structure, communication, and program standards
• Player development frameworks across all levels
• Tournament execution and bench expectations
• Operational systems and organizational processes
• Accountability and a growth-driven competitive culture
Mark’s philosophy goes beyond drills and systems. He believes development is rooted in confidence, leadership, and a genuine love for the game. Whether working with emerging players or experienced athletes, his focus remains the same: create structure, set clear expectations, and help individuals reach their potential.
