Jamie Heffernan

We’re thrilled to announce the newest member of the Rink Rebels family: Jamie Heffernan, a two-time Stanley Cup Champion with the Tampa Bay Lightning and one of the country’s top high-performance coaches. Jamie is the founder of JH Sports, a player development company that uses cutting-edge tools—like 3D motion capture and biomechanical testing—to help athletes unlock their full potential. His motto, “Test, don’t guess,” reflects his science-driven, results-oriented approach to building better athletes from the ground up. He’s worked with NHL and AHL players, including members of the Syracuse Crunch, and was recently named Player Development Consultant for the Saint John Sea Dogs of the QMJHL. Now, he’s bringing that same elite-level expertise to the Rink Rebels—helping girls across New Brunswick build speed, strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their own game. Jamie’s addition marks a major step forward for our organization and the athletes we support. We’re proud to welcome him to the movement—and excited for what’s ahead.
