We’re flipping traditional dryland training on its head and taking our grind outside. This isn’t just about getting stronger and faster — it’s about building grit, having fun, and developing a champion’s mindset through movement, nature, and community.

Each session runs 1 hour and 15 minutes. Below is your official 6-week training roadmap. Each week features a new outdoor location, a fresh theme, and a targeted focus that builds power, explosiveness, agility, and mental toughness.
