Rink Rebels is proud to help power the Capital Cup — an important annual fundraising event in support of STU Tommies women’s hockey, and a weekend that’s about much more than what happens on the scoreboard.
The focus of the STU Cup is on community — bringing together players, families, students, alumni, and the broader Fredericton hockey community to enjoy the game in a positive and welcoming environment. It’s designed to be a fun, inclusive experience where girls can play, learn, and build confidence without pressure.
While games are played and teams compete, the emphasis is on sportsmanship, connection, and creating lasting memories both on and off the ice. The goal is for every participant to leave the weekend feeling supported, included, and proud to be part of something bigger than a single result.
Through this event, participants are helping support STU Tommies women’s hockey and the continued growth of the game, while also taking part in a community-driven weekend that celebrates the joy of sport.

U9 – Limited free agent spots available (approx. 9 skater spots)
U11 – SOLD OUT – If you join the waitlist, please exit after submitting the form. No payment is required.

U18 – Limited free agent spots available (approx. 6 skater spots)

We have now placed the orders for jerseys and hoodies to ensure everything arrives in time for the tournament.
For registrations received after March 10th, we have ordered multiple sizes across all divisions and will do our absolute best to match requested sizes. While we cannot guarantee exact sizing for late registrations, we will work to fit each player as comfortably as possible based on the sizes available.
Our goal is to make sure every player is outfitted and ready to go. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and can’t wait to see the girls geared up and ready for the tournament.
No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2026, as jerseys and hoodies have already been purchased and there may not be enough time to replace the player’s spot.
